Custom and Holiday collections are not exchangeable or refundable. 

• All orders are final sale. 
• Custom orders, are made-to-order items. Once your order is received, it goes straight into production, therefore we can not cancel the order. 
• Custom orders are also not exchangeable or refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
