Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping above $50 is only valid within the United States (excludes Hawaii & Puerto Rico)

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

All orders and custom orders are final. Once your order is received, it goes straight to production, therefore we can’t cancel orders. Custom orders are also not exchangeable or refundable. If there is an issue with your product, please reach out to us directly so we can further discuss.
